Training Programme Skip Truck
Candidate Requirement: Candidates must be over 18 years of age
Candidates must hold the appropriate driving licence.

Course Objective:

The aim of this course is to provide the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to work as a Skip Truck Operator.

Course Content:

    - Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005

Part One -Theory
  • Method and Importance of Machine Inspection
  • Safe System of Work
    - Before starting the engine
    - Starting the Engine
    - Before Operating the Machine
    - Machine operation

Part Two - Practical Sessions
  • Walk Around Inspection
  • Introduction to Machine and Operating Controls
  • Machine Operation
  • Practical Test
Certification: A C&M Safety Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to each successful participant on this course.
Duration: One Day for Experienced Operators
