Candidate Requirement: Candidates must be over 18 years of age.
Candidates must hold the appropriate driving licence.

Course Objective:
The aim of this course is to provide the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to work as a Lorry Mounted Crane Operator.
Course Content:
  • Statutory Requirements:
    - Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005
    - Construction Regulations 2006

Part One – Theory
  • Method & Importance of Machine Inspection
  • Safe System of Work
  • Accident Prevention & Causation
  • Theory Test

Part Two – Practical Sessions
  • Crane Preparation Daily Safety Checks
  • Crane Operation
  • Practical Test

Certification: A C&M Safety Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to each successful participant on this course
Duration: 1 Day for Experienced Operators.
